Mohit Saraf’s withdrawal from L&L remained pending arbitration – Delhi HC

Mohit Saraf’s position with L&L partners ended earlier; for which he went to the High Court to apply for an injunction.
Today the Delhi Supreme Court suspended the termination of L&L Partners pending arbitration proceedings between the conflicting parties.
The previous court suggested that the party seek mediation. However, the same failed and they found their way back to the court.
Mr Saraf had previously alleged that his removal from the company was malicious. No prior notice (90 days) was given prior to its cancellation.
On the other hand, Mr Luthra has alleged that Mr Saraf made it his business to pass on confidential company information to third parties. Therefore, he declined Mr. Saraf’s request.
